What we collect and why

The question form collects what you type: the route, what went wrong, your question, your name and email. It exists to answer your question. Cookieless aggregate analytics record how pages are used, with no personal identifier.

Legal basis and sharing

We share nothing you send with anyone outside FlightDelayHQ unless a consent line on a form names a recipient. We do not sell enquiry data to claims companies or to list brokers, and sending us a question does not put you in front of one.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: contact@flightdelayhq.com. We respond within one month.
